Remote Services for the 2020 Honda CR-V
Having remote start on your vehicle is super helpful, especially for that colder weather. However, it’s not always a standard feature. So, when you’re looking for vehicles, it can be kind of difficult to discern which vehicles have it and which don’t.
Let us give you hand. Today, we’ll see if the 2020 Honda CR-V has remote start.
2020 Honda CR-C and HondaLink Remote Services
The 2020 Honda CR-V EX, EX-L, and Touring trims all have access to the HondaLink remote services. The base model 2020 Honda CR-V LX does not have access to HondaLink. Vehicles with access to HondaLink have a plethora of features at their fingertips. Vehicle guides, recall notifications, service appointments, and roadside assistance* are standard on select vehicles. More features are available for monthly fees.
*Available throughout the new vehicle warranty term
Basic HondaLink Services
With HondaLink, you can view up-to-date mileage, fuel level, and oil life for your vehicle. You will also receive notifications when a warning light comes on or if scheduled maintenance is due. Destinations can be searched up on your phone and sent directly to your Honda vehicle’s navigation system (if it has one). Destinations can be saved and favorited in-app for easy access.
HondaLink and Convenience
With the HondaLink convenience package you can start and unlock/lock you vehicle from your smartphone. It can help you pinpoint your vehicle’s location, even notifying you when your vehicle leaves a pre-specified area. Similarly, you can receive notifications when your vehicle’s alarm goes off or if your vehicle goes over a pre-determined speed. Navigation works with voice commands.
