Infotainment and Connectivity
The 2021 Honda Passport is smartphone friendly, with standard Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ integration, Bluetooth® HandsFreeLink® and streaming audio, a 1.0-amp USB audio interface port, and the newly-upgraded 8-inch touchscreen display. Other features are available on higher trims, such as CabinControl™ remote compatibility, SiriusXM® satellite radio, a Wi-Fi hotspot, integrated navigation, a wireless smartphone charger, and more.
Standard Safety Suite
Every 2021 Honda Passport has the Honda Sensing® safety and driver-assistive technologies suite. Included in that are a Collision Mitigation Braking System™, road departure mitigation, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, forward collision warning, and lane departure warning. Automatic high-beam headlights and a multi-angle rearview camera are also standard. The blind spot information system with cross traffic monitor is standard on the EX-L trim and above.
Performance and Fuel Economy
The tried-and-true 3.5L V6 makes it return under the hoods of the 2021 Honda Passport lineup. It produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission across the board. 2WD is standard on the Sport, EX-L, and Touring trims. AWD is available on the Sport, EX-L, and Touring trims and is standard on the Elite trim. 2WD models are EPA-estimated at 20/25/22* mpg, while AWD models are EPA-rated at 19/24/21* mpg.
